Managed PPC in five steps, all inside your client panel
Most agencies start with a discovery call, a proposal and a second call about the proposal. We start when you are ready. You choose a plan, pay, tell us about your business in a written brief and grant access from your ad platforms with guided steps. Then our team gets to work and reports in writing every week.
Step 1. Choose a plan and pay
Read the plans on the ppc management pricing page and pick the one that matches your spend and number of channels: Growth, Scale, Enterprise or the spend-based option at 12% of managed spend. Annual prepay is the default and saves 15 percent, and you can switch to monthly billing before you pay. You pay by card and your client panel opens straight away, with the brief as the first task.
-
Step 2. Fill in the brief
The brief replaces the kickoff meeting. It asks what you sell and at what margin, who buys and why, which goals count (purchases, qualified leads, booked appointments, installs or pipeline), your monthly ad budget, the channels you run today and what has worked or failed before. You can attach brand guidelines, product feeds, past creatives and CRM exports. Most teams finish it in about twenty minutes, and you can save it halfway and come back.
-
Step 3. Grant access with guided steps
You never send us passwords. The panel walks you through each platform with screenshots and the exact menu path. In Google Ads you accept our manager account link. In Meta Business Manager you add us as a partner to your ad account, pixel and catalog. In TikTok Business Center, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Microsoft Advertising you add our agency account with the right role. Access to GA4 and Google Tag Manager follows the same pattern. Each step shows a green check in the panel when the access arrives, so you always know what is missing.
-
Step 4. We audit and launch
In the first weeks we audit your current accounts, tracking and landing pages. The ppc audit is part of onboarding on every plan, not a separate purchase. We fix conversion tracking first, because bidding on broken data wastes budget. Then we rebuild the account structure, prepare the first batch of creatives, build the landing pages your plan includes and launch. Existing campaigns keep running while we work, so there is no gap in traffic.
-
Step 5. Weekly notes and a monthly review
After launch you get a live dashboard with spend, conversions and blended cost per acquisition across every channel we run. Scale and Enterprise clients get a written note every week: what changed, why, what we test next and what we need from you. Every plan gets a monthly review document with results, decisions and the plan for the next month. Enterprise adds a quarterly planning document.
What we need from you
- A completed brief with goals, margins and budget.
- Access to your ad accounts, GA4 and Google Tag Manager through the guided steps.
- Access to your website or its developer for tag and landing page changes, when your plan includes them.
- Brand assets: logo, fonts, product images and any videos you own.
- One person who answers questions in the panel within a few business days.
- Your CRM field for lead quality or deal stage, if you sell to businesses and want offline conversions.
What stays yours from day one
Your ad accounts are opened in your name and billed to your card. We work inside them through partner or agency access, never by moving campaigns into accounts we control. That covers every pixel, dataset, audience, conversion action, landing page, creative file and report. If you leave, you remove our access and everything keeps working exactly as it did the day before.
This is the main difference between managed PPC done properly and a reseller arrangement. A reseller buys media in its own accounts and hands you a report. We hand you the accounts.
How we talk without meetings
All communication runs through panel messages and email at [email protected]. Every question, approval and decision stays in one written thread that anyone on your team can read later. Creatives and landing pages arrive in the panel for approval with a clear deadline, and if you do not need to approve them, you can switch approvals off per channel.
Enterprise clients have a named account lead and a response SLA of 4 business hours. See the enterprise paid media agency page for SSO, roles and invoicing.
Managed PPC questions
How long until campaigns are live
It depends on how fast access comes in and how much tracking work your setup needs. We launch the first campaigns in the first weeks after the brief and access are complete, starting with the channel that has the clearest path to results.
Can I keep my current agency during onboarding
Yes. Many clients keep the old vendor until our first launch. We take over campaign by campaign, so spend never stops.
What if I do not have ad accounts yet
The panel shows how to open each account in your own name. You add your card, and we take it from there.
Do I have to approve every ad
No. You can approve every creative and landing page, or switch approvals off and review them in the weekly note instead.
What happens when I cancel
Cancel any month in the panel. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month, then you remove our access. Payments are final, with refunds only for a double charge, an unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service.
