Conversion tracking setup that every ad platform can trust
Bidding algorithms on Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn only optimize toward what they can see. We build and maintain the measurement layer behind your paid campaigns: GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, Conversions APIs, enhanced conversions, consent mode and offline import from your CRM, so every platform learns from real sales and qualified leads instead of guesses.
Measurement built for paid media, not for a slide deck
Broken tracking usually looks the same: a purchase event fires twice, a lead form counts every page reload, the CRM knows which deals closed but no ad platform ever hears about it. The result is bidding that chases the wrong signal and reports nobody believes. Our conversion tracking setup starts from your business goal and works backward to the events each platform needs.
We map every conversion that matters to a named event, decide which platform receives it, set the value it carries and document where it fires. Then we build it, test it in each platform's diagnostic tools and keep it healthy as your site and campaigns change. Tracking is part of the work we do every month, not a one-time project that quietly breaks after the next site release.
Every layer of the tracking stack
-
GA4 property configuration with key events, custom dimensions and clean channel grouping for paid traffic.
-
Google Tag Manager container audit, cleanup and a documented naming convention.
-
Server-side tagging so events reach the platforms even when browsers block third-party scripts.
-
Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API and LinkedIn Conversions API (CAPI) sending events from the server.
-
Enhanced conversions for Google Ads using hashed first-party data the user already submitted.
-
Consent mode so tags respect the visitor's choice and the platforms can model what consent hides.
-
Offline conversion import from your CRM, so qualified leads, booked appointments and closed deals flow back to the ad platforms.
-
Deduplication between browser and server events with shared event IDs, so one purchase counts once.
Why server-side events and deduplication matter
A browser pixel alone loses events to ad blockers, short cookie lifetimes and pages that close before a script loads. A server event alone loses the browser context the platform uses for matching. We send both and attach the same event ID to each pair, which lets Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn keep one and discard the duplicate. That is how the numbers in Ads Manager start to line up with your store or CRM.
Offline conversions close the loop
For lead generation, the form submit is only the start. We connect your CRM stages to the ad platforms so a lead that becomes a sales qualified opportunity or a paying customer is reported back with its value. Bidding then favors the audiences and keywords that produce revenue. This is the backbone of our work as a b2b ppc agency and a saas ppc agency.
What each plan covers
Growth includes GA4, Google Tag Manager and one Conversions API connection, which suits a business running two channels. Scale includes full server-side tracking, every Conversions API your channels need and offline conversion import from your CRM. Enterprise adds a data warehouse export of campaign and conversion data and a custom attribution model built around your sales cycle.
| Plan | Tracking scope |
|---|---|
| Growth | GA4, GTM, one Conversions API |
| Scale | Full server-side tracking, all Conversions APIs, CRM offline import |
| Enterprise | All of Scale, data warehouse export, custom attribution model |

Nothing here needs a meeting. Questions and approvals go through panel messages and email, and a developer on your side only steps in when a change needs access we cannot request ourselves, such as adding a DNS record for a first-party tagging subdomain.
Teams whose numbers stopped matching
Our tracking work fits ecommerce brands where Meta and Google both claim the same order, SaaS companies that need trials and demos tied to pipeline, and multi-location businesses that want calls and booked appointments counted per location. It also fits anyone moving off a pixel-only setup after a site migration. Every pixel, container, property and server endpoint stays in accounts you own, and we hand over full documentation if you ever leave. Better data also feeds what we do in retargeting agency work, because clean events build cleaner audiences.
Tracking included in every plan price
Conversion tracking is not sold separately. It comes inside each plan together with media buying, creative, landing pages and reporting. Growth costs $2,500 per month, Scale $6,000 per month and Enterprise $10,000 per month. Paying annually lowers each plan by 15 percent. Ad spend goes from your card directly to the platforms, in your own ad accounts.
Do you change our website code
We work through Google Tag Manager and a server-side container wherever possible. When a data layer push is missing, we write the exact snippet and the place it belongs, and your developer or site platform adds it.
Will consent mode reduce what we can measure
Consent mode makes tags follow the visitor's choice. Google then uses modeled conversions to estimate what declined consent hides, which is more accurate than ignoring the gap or ignoring the choice.
Which CRMs can feed offline conversions
We regularly connect HubSpot and Salesforce, and any CRM that can export or send events with a click ID or hashed email can be wired in. The brief asks which one you use.
Can you fix tracking an earlier agency built
Yes. The onboarding audit lists what fires, what double counts and what is missing. We keep what works, rebuild what does not and record every change in the tracking plan.
Who owns the containers and data
You do. Tags, containers, properties, server endpoints and exports stay in your accounts and remain there if you cancel.
