PPC agency FAQ with straight answers
Everything buyers ask before hiring a paid media team, answered in writing. If your question is not here, write to [email protected] and we reply by email.
Getting started
Do I need a call to start working with you
No. You choose a plan on the ppc management pricing page, pay by card, fill the brief in your client panel and grant access from your ad platforms with guided steps. Questions go through panel messages and email, so every answer is written down and easy to find later.
How does onboarding work
Onboarding has five steps: plan and payment, brief, access, audit and launch, then weekly notes and a monthly review. The full walkthrough is on the managed ppc page.
How fast do campaigns go live
We launch the first campaigns in the first weeks after the brief and access are complete. Timing depends on how many channels you start with and how much tracking work your current setup needs, because we fix measurement before we scale spend.
What do you need from us
A completed brief, access to your ad accounts, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, brand assets, offer details and one person who answers questions in the panel within a few business days.
Can I see what you would do before I buy
Yes. The campaign plan builder on the homepage reads your website, goal, budget and industry and builds a personalized paid media plan with a channel mix, budget split and campaign structure.
What if I already work with another agency
You grant us access, we audit the current setup during onboarding and take over campaign by campaign. Keep your current vendor until our first launch if you want zero gap in traffic.
Pricing and billing
How much does a PPC agency cost with you
Growth is $2,500 / mo, Scale is $6,000 / mo and Enterprise is $10,000 / mo. Annual prepay saves 15 percent: $2,125 / mo, $5,100 / mo and $8,500 / mo. You can also pay 12% of monthly managed ad spend with a minimum of $3,000 / month.
Is ad spend included in the fee
No. You pay ad spend from your own card directly to each platform. Our fee pays for the team. We never resell media and never add a markup on clicks.
Are there setup fees or extra charges for the audit
No. There is no setup fee, and the audit of your accounts is part of onboarding on every plan.
What happens if my spend grows past my plan
We keep campaigns running and tell you in the panel. You can move up a plan or switch to the spend-based option. On Enterprise, spend above $400,000 / mo is billed at 2% of the spend over the cap.
Do you offer refunds
Payments are final. We refund only a double charge, an unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service. You can cancel any month and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
Channels and day to day work
Which channels do you manage
Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads and cross-channel retargeting. Growth covers 2 channels, Scale up to 5 and Enterprise all 7. Read more on the google ads agency and facebook ads agency pages.
Who actually does the work
Our team of paid media specialists. Growth has a dedicated specialist. Scale adds a lead strategist, channel specialists and a designer. Enterprise has a senior team led by a named account lead.
Do you make the ad creatives
Yes. Our designers make static ads, carousels, UGC style video edits, motion and copy variations: 8 new creatives a month on Growth, 25 on Scale and 60 on Enterprise.
Do you build landing pages
Yes. Growth includes one landing page at start, Scale three at start plus one a month, and Enterprise two a month included and more within capacity. Scale and Enterprise also run A/B tests on them.
Do you guarantee results
No, and no honest agency does. Results depend on your offer, margins, market and budget, and ad auctions change every day. We commit to the work itself: the plan, the builds, the creatives, the tests, the tracking and a written record of every decision.
Do you work with agencies
Yes. Agencies without in-house paid media use us for white label ppc delivery under their own brand, on the same plans.
Do you work with my industry
We run campaigns for ecommerce brands, B2B SaaS, multi-location local businesses such as dental groups, home services and real estate teams, and enterprise marketing teams. See ecommerce ppc services and saas ppc agency for two examples.
Tracking and data
What tracking do you set up
GA4 and Google Tag Manager on every plan, plus one Conversions API on Growth. Scale adds full server-side tagging, the Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API and LinkedIn CAPI, offline conversion import from your CRM, enhanced conversions and consent mode. Enterprise adds data warehouse export and a custom attribution model. See conversion tracking setup.
Which CRMs can you import conversions from
We import offline conversions from common CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and from any system that exports leads and deal stages with click identifiers. That lets Google, Meta and LinkedIn optimize on qualified leads and closed deals instead of form fills.
What reports do I get
Every plan has a live dashboard and a monthly review document. Scale and Enterprise add weekly written notes, and Enterprise adds a quarterly planning document.
How do you handle privacy and consent
We implement consent mode and respect the choices your cookie or consent tool records. Enterprise clients get a data processing agreement and a security review questionnaire in the panel.
Ownership and cancellation
Who owns the ad accounts and assets
You do. Accounts are in your name and billed to your card. We work through partner or agency access, and every pixel, audience, landing page, creative and report stays yours.
Can I cancel at any time
Yes, any month, from the client panel. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Annual prepay runs for the twelve months you paid for.
What happens to my campaigns when I leave
They keep running in your accounts. You remove our access and continue in house or with another team, with full history and every asset in place.
