PPC audit that turns straight into the work
An audit is only useful if someone acts on it. Ours is the first step of onboarding in every plan: we review your ad accounts, tracking, landing pages and budget split, write down what we find and then fix it ourselves as the team running your campaigns. It is not sold on its own and it is not a pitch.
Why the audit lives inside onboarding
Standalone audits tend to end as a long document that nobody owns. The findings sit in a folder while the same wasted spend continues. We built our process the other way around. The audit happens after you join, with full access to every account, so it can go deep, and the people who wrote it are the people who carry out the changes.
If you are not ready to start a plan, the homepage campaign plan builder gives you a personalised channel mix, budget split and campaign structure for your goal once, with no payment. That is the right tool for exploring. The full account audit is for clients we are about to run campaigns for.
What we check in your accounts
-
Account structure: campaign and ad group organization, overlapping audiences, keyword cannibalization, naming.
-
Bidding: strategy per campaign, targets that match real margins, learning periods interrupted by frequent edits.
-
Search terms and negatives: queries that spend without converting, missing negative lists, brand and competitor terms.
-
Audiences: exclusions of existing customers where they do not belong, retargeting windows, lookalike or similar segment quality.
-
Creative: ad fatigue, number of active concepts, asset coverage in Performance Max and responsive search ads.
-
Budget split: spend by channel and campaign compared with each one's contribution to your actual goal.
-
Policy issues: disapproved ads, limited campaigns and account warnings.
What we check outside the ad accounts
- Conversion tracking: which events fire, which double count, which are missing, and whether server events and deduplication are in place.
- Attribution: how each platform's reported conversions compare with your store, CRM or booking system.
- Landing pages: message match with the ads, mobile load speed, form and checkout friction.
- Consent and data handling: consent mode configuration and what customer data reaches the platforms.
Tracking problems found here are fixed through our conversion tracking setup work, and page problems through our landing page design services.
What you receive
A written audit in your client panel, ordered by impact: what is costing money now, what is limiting growth and what can wait. Each finding states the evidence, the change we plan and when it happens. The first actions usually land within the opening weeks of the plan, and later items move into the monthly roadmap.
The audit covers every channel your plan includes. On Growth that means your two channels; on Scale up to five; on Enterprise all seven, including a review of your data warehouse and attribution needs.
Audit steps in onboarding
-
Choose a plan on the ppc management pricing page and pay online.
-
Fill in the brief: goals, margins or lead values, current agencies, past tests and known issues.
-
Grant access to each ad platform, GA4 and Tag Manager using the guided steps in the panel.
-
We run the audit and post the written findings in the panel.
-
You approve the priority list in writing; nothing structural changes without that approval.
-
We start the fixes and launch or restructure campaigns, reported in weekly notes.
Who gets the most from it
Businesses switching from another agency get a clear picture of what they inherit. In-house teams that built accounts over years get a fresh, outside view of structure and tracking. Companies about to add channels learn what to fix before spending more. Agencies reselling our work see the audit appear under their own brand through white label ppc. Large teams with several vendors can read how we handle that on our enterprise paid media agency page.
What the audit does not do
It does not promise a result, and it does not blame a previous agency. It records what the accounts show and what we will change.
Included in every plan
There is no separate audit fee and no setup fee. The audit is part of onboarding on Growth at $2,500 per month, Scale at $6,000 per month and Enterprise at $10,000 per month. Paying annually takes 15 percent off each plan. Ad spend stays in your own accounts, paid directly to the platforms.
Can I buy only the audit
No. The audit is part of onboarding and is followed by the work it recommends. For a no-commitment look at your options, use the campaign plan builder on the homepage.
Do you need admin access to run it
Read access shows a lot, but fixing tracking and structure needs standard or admin rights. The panel shows which level each platform needs and how to grant it from inside your account.
Will you change our accounts during the audit
No. The audit is read only. Changes start after you approve the priority list in writing.
What if our current agency still manages the accounts
We can audit while they finish their notice period. Both teams can hold access at the same time, and you decide when the handover happens.
Is the audit shared with anyone else
No. It lives in your client panel and is visible only to the people you invite.
