Dental PPC agency for single practices and multi-location groups
People look for a dentist when something hurts, when insurance renews or when they move to a new area, and they usually pick from the first few options near them. We run local paid campaigns for each of your locations, count booked appointments rather than clicks and keep patient information out of every ad platform.
Local campaigns for each location
A dental group with several offices needs each one to show up for searches near it, with the right address, hours and phone number. We build campaigns per location on Google Search and Microsoft Advertising, with radius targeting around each office, location assets linked to each Google Business Profile and call assets scheduled to front desk hours. Budgets are set per location, so a busy downtown office and a new suburban one each get spend that fits their capacity.
Services get their own ad groups and landing pages: emergency dental care, implants, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric visits and general cleanings attract different patients with different urgency and value. Emergency terms run when the office can answer the phone; implant and aligner campaigns carry longer consideration content.
Meta and YouTube for elective treatments
Elective treatments such as aligners, whitening and implants benefit from awareness and consideration. We run Meta and YouTube campaigns with educational video and clear offers, targeted by location and broad interest rather than by any health condition.
Healthcare ad policies and patient privacy
Advertising for healthcare follows stricter rules. Google limits personalized advertising based on health, so remarketing lists cannot be built on sensitive health conditions, and some treatments face added restrictions. Meta restricts how health related advertisers can use custom data and which events can be shared. We write ads and build audiences inside those rules from day one, which keeps campaigns running instead of stalled in review.
Privacy matters just as much. Tracking scripts on pages where patients enter health details can send that information to ad platforms, which raises HIPAA concerns. We never send patient data to ad platforms. Appointment conversions are sent without health details, intake and medical forms stay off the pages that carry ad tags, and consent mode respects each visitor's choice. Your compliance officer reviews the tracking plan in writing before launch.
What a dental plan covers
-
Location by location Search and Microsoft campaigns with call, location and sitelink assets.
-
Service specific ad groups and landing pages for high value treatments.
-
Meta and YouTube campaigns for elective treatments where your plan includes them.
-
Appointment tracking from online booking systems and calls, counted per location.
-
Call tracking that logs whether a call led to a booking, without health details reaching ad platforms.
-
Offline import of booked and completed appointments from your practice systems, stripped of clinical information.
-
Monthly review per location, plus weekly notes on Scale and Enterprise.
Counting appointments, not form fills
A form submission or a click on a phone number is only interest. What matters is a booked appointment and a patient who shows up. We connect your online booking tool or call tracking to GA4 and the ad platforms so a booking registers as a conversion with the location attached, and we import confirmed appointments from your scheduling export where possible. The setup follows our conversion tracking setup process, adapted for healthcare privacy.

Practices that want a steady flow of new patients
Single practices often start on Growth with Google and Microsoft. Groups with several locations and elective treatment lines usually need Scale for more channels, landing pages and offline appointment import. Large dental service organizations with many offices fit Enterprise. The same local approach applies to clinics and home services; see our ppc management services page for the full scope and our google ads agency page for search detail.
Dental plans and prices
Growth costs $2,500 per month for two channels and up to $25,000 of monthly spend. Scale costs $6,000 per month for up to five channels, up to $100,000 of spend and offline import. Enterprise costs $10,000 per month for all channels and up to $400,000 of spend. Annual prepayment lowers each plan by 15 percent. Ad spend is paid from your card straight to the platforms, in accounts your practice owns.
Do you ever see patient records
No. We work with appointment counts, locations and booking timestamps. Clinical details and patient identities stay in your practice systems.
Can you run campaigns for each office separately
Yes. Each location has its own campaigns, budget, ads and reporting, while shared services and brand campaigns are managed centrally.
Will our ads mention prices or insurance
Only what you approve. Offers, financing and accepted insurance plans come from your brief, and every ad is approved by you in writing before it runs.
Can you track phone calls from ads
Yes. Call assets and call tracking count calls by location and duration. Calls are not recorded or analyzed for health content by the ad platforms.
Do you work with our booking software
Most online booking tools can fire a confirmation event or export appointments. We check yours during onboarding and set up the cleanest connection it supports.
