Paid media agency for buying and budget allocation across channels
The hardest decision in paid media is not which ad to run. It is where the next dollar should go. We plan, buy and rebalance your media across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft and YouTube, moving budget toward the channels and campaigns that earn it. The spend stays in your own accounts, charged to your card. We never resell media, so you always see the true cost of every impression.
What media buying covers with us
Media buying is the hands-on part of paid media: setting up campaigns so each platform's auction works in your favor, then steering spend as results arrive.
- Campaign structure built for each platform's bidding system, consolidated where algorithms need data and separated where you need control.
- Bid strategy selection per campaign: maximize conversions, target CPA, target ROAS or manual bids, matched to data volume.
- Audience and placement choices, from search keywords and product feeds to lookalikes, interest stacks, job titles and ABM lists.
- Daily pacing so monthly budgets are spent evenly instead of exhausted in the first week or left unused.
- Frequency caps and exclusions so the same person is not paid for twice across channels.
- Seasonal and promotional planning, with budgets raised before peaks and pulled back after them.
How we allocate budget across channels
Each platform reports its own success, and each one claims credit for conversions that other channels helped produce. Allocation based only on platform dashboards tends to overfund whichever channel claims most aggressively. We use three views together.
- Platform data, for decisions inside one channel, like which ad set or keyword gets more.
- GA4 and your CRM, for how channels work together across a customer's path.
- Blended metrics such as total revenue against total ad spend, and blended cost per acquisition, for the overall split.
When a channel's marginal return drops, the next dollar goes elsewhere. When a channel has room to scale efficiently, it gets more. Each shift is explained in writing, with the reasoning, so your finance team can follow it. For the measurement side of this, see our performance marketing agency page.
You pay the platforms, we never resell media
Some agencies buy media on their own accounts and invoice it back to you, sometimes with a markup or a rebate you never see. That model hides the real cost and leaves the accounts with the agency. Our approach is simpler.
- Ad accounts are in your name and billed to your card by Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft and YouTube.
- Our fee pays for the team only, a flat plan or a published share of spend.
- No markup, no rebates, no media bundled into our invoice.
- You can see every cent spent in the platforms themselves, any time.
- If you leave, the accounts and their history stay with you.
Setting up your media buying in the panel
-
Choose a plan online and pay.
-
In the client panel, fill in the brief: goal, budget range, margins, markets and seasonality.
-
Grant partner or agency access from inside each ad platform with the guided steps, and keep your own billing in place.
-
We review existing accounts and spend history as part of the onboarding audit, then propose a budget split in writing.
-
Campaigns are restructured or launched and pacing begins. Budget moves are reported in the monthly review, and weekly on Scale and Enterprise.
All communication runs through panel messages and [email protected], with no calls to attend.

- Scale: $6,000 per month to manage up to $100,000 on up to 5 channels.
- Enterprise: $10,000 per month to manage up to $400,000 on all 7 channels, with 2 percent of spend above that cap.
Annual prepay lowers each plan by 15 percent. If you prefer a fee tied to spend, the spend-based option is 12 percent of monthly managed ad spend, minimum $3,000 per month, all channels and Scale-level service, billed monthly on the previous month's spend. Compare everything on ppc management pricing.
Does our ad spend go through your invoice
No. Each platform bills your card directly in your own ad account. Our invoice covers only the plan fee or the spend-based fee.
How often do you rebalance budgets
Pacing is checked daily and budgets between campaigns are adjusted weekly. Shifts between channels follow a written proposal so you can see the reasoning before larger moves.
What counts as managed ad spend
The total you spend on the platforms we manage for you in a month. It sets which plan fits, and it is the base for the spend-based option.
What happens if our spend goes above the plan limit
You can move to a higher plan, or switch to the spend-based option. On Enterprise, spend above $400,000 a month is billed at 2 percent of the amount over the cap.
Can we keep our own media buyer for one channel
Yes. We can manage the other channels and share audiences and tracking with your buyer so spend does not overlap.
