Performance marketing agency measured on revenue, not clicks
Impressions, clicks and platform-reported ROAS are easy to grow and easy to misread. A performance marketing agency should be judged on what reaches your bank account or your sales pipeline. We set up the measurement first, agree on the numbers that matter for your business, and run your paid channels against them.
Why measurement comes before the first optimization
Every bidding algorithm on Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn optimizes toward the conversion signal you send it. If that signal is wrong, the algorithm gets very good at the wrong thing. A lead form that fires twice teaches the platform to find people who double submit. A purchase tag that misses mobile checkouts teaches it to undervalue mobile traffic. A B2B campaign that counts every whitepaper download as a conversion fills the CRM with students.
So onboarding starts with tracking, not with bids. We audit what exists, then fix it.
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager with a clean, documented event structure.
- Conversions APIs for Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, so conversions are still reported when browsers block cookies.
- Enhanced conversions and consent mode for Google.
- Offline conversion import from your CRM, so platforms learn from qualified leads, opportunities and closed revenue, not just form fills (Scale and Enterprise).
- Server-side tagging on Scale and Enterprise for more complete and more durable data.
The full method is described on our conversion tracking setup page.
The numbers we report on
We pick metrics that connect spend to business outcomes and report them across channels, not one platform at a time.
- Ecommerce: revenue, new customer revenue, contribution after ad spend, and MER (total revenue divided by total ad spend).
- B2B and SaaS: qualified pipeline, opportunities and cost per opportunity, using CRM data imported back into the platforms.
- Local and multi-location: booked appointments or qualified calls per location, not raw form fills.
- For everyone: blended CAC across all paid channels, because each platform claims credit for the same customer.
Click-through rate, impressions and cost per click still appear in the weekly notes, but as diagnostics. They explain why a result moved. They are not the result.
No promised numbers, only committed work
You will not find a promised ROAS or a guaranteed cost per lead on this site. Results depend on your offer, prices, margins, competition and landing pages, and an agency that promises a number before seeing your data is guessing or planning to redefine the number later. What we commit to is the work: correct measurement, structured testing, budget moved toward what earns it, honest reporting when something does not work, and a written plan for what we try next.
How performance work runs month to month
- Choose a plan online and fill in the brief: margins, average order value or deal size, sales cycle, current results.
- Grant access to ad platforms, analytics and CRM from inside each tool, following guided steps in your panel.
- We audit accounts and tracking during onboarding, agree target metrics with you in writing and fix measurement.
- Campaigns are restructured or launched, and budgets are allocated by channel against those targets.
- Every week we optimize bids, audiences, creatives and budgets. From Scale up, landing page A/B tests run monthly.
- You get a live dashboard, a monthly review and, on Scale and Enterprise, weekly notes on what changed.
Questions go through the panel or [email protected]. Nothing waits for a call.
Who works best with a performance-driven agency
Teams that already spend on paid media and want to know what that spend actually returns. DTC brands that see strong platform ROAS but flat bank balances. SaaS companies whose paid leads never reach sales. Multi-location businesses that cannot tell which location's campaigns pay off. If your main goal is media buying across many channels, see our paid media agency page, and if you need the full creative and landing page side too, our full service advertising agency page explains it.
Plans for performance marketing
- Growth: $2,500 per month, 2 channels, up to $25,000 managed spend, GA4, GTM and one Conversions API.
- Scale: $6,000 per month, up to 5 channels, up to $100,000 managed spend, full server-side tracking, all Conversions APIs and CRM offline import.
- Enterprise: $10,000 per month, all 7 channels, up to $400,000 managed spend, data warehouse export and a custom attribution model.
Annual prepay is 15 percent lower. Alternatively, pay 12 percent of monthly managed ad spend, minimum $3,000 per month, for all channels at Scale-level service. We do not charge on results or revenue share: a fixed fee keeps our advice independent of how a number is counted.
Do you work on a pay for performance basis
No. Plans are flat monthly fees or a share of ad spend. Pay on results models tend to reward whoever controls the definition of a result, and we prefer clear incentives.
Which attribution model do you use
Platform data for in-platform optimization, GA4 for cross-channel paths, and blended metrics like MER and blended CAC for business decisions. Enterprise adds a custom attribution model built on your own data.
What if our tracking is already set up
We still verify it during onboarding. If it is correct, we keep it and document it. If something double counts or misses conversions, we fix it before scaling spend.
Can you import conversions from our CRM
Yes, on Scale and Enterprise. We connect offline conversion import from CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce so Google, Meta and LinkedIn learn from qualified leads and revenue.
How do you report results
A live dashboard with channel and blended views, a monthly review document and, from Scale up, weekly written notes explaining what changed and why.
