Google Shopping agency and management company for Shopping ads
PaidCampaigns is a Google Shopping agency for online stores that want the feed, the campaigns and the purchase tracking handled by one team. We fix and enrich your Merchant Center feed, split Standard Shopping and Performance Max by margin and stock, and report on revenue your store actually booked. Plans start at $2,500 a month, you buy online and grant access from inside Google, with no sales call.
What a Google Shopping management company does in your account
Shopping ads do not run on keywords. Google reads your product data in Merchant Center and decides which searches each product is eligible for, so most of the money in a Shopping account is won or lost before a single bid is set. That is why our work starts in the feed and only then moves to campaigns.
Product feed optimization in Merchant Center
We rewrite product titles so the words buyers type come first: brand, product type, then the attributes that matter in your category, such as size, material, color or model number. We fill missing GTINs and MPNs, set the right Google product category, add product types that mirror your store navigation, and fix disapprovals for price mismatches, missing shipping info or image problems. Where your store platform cannot export a field cleanly, we add it through a supplemental feed instead of asking your developers to change the store.
Custom labels that let campaigns treat products differently
Merchant Center gives you five custom label fields. We use them for the things your profit and loss statement cares about: margin band, bestseller status, seasonality, price range and stock depth. A hero product with a 60 percent margin should not compete for budget with a clearance item at 15 percent, and custom labels are how a campaign tells them apart.
Standard Shopping and Performance Max with clear roles
Since late 2024, Standard Shopping and Performance Max campaigns in the same account compete on Ad Rank instead of Performance Max winning automatically. That makes a planned split worth doing. We usually run Performance Max for the bulk of the catalog with asset groups by category, and keep Standard Shopping for products where you want query level control, tight negative keyword lists or a firm target. Brand search is measured on its own so Performance Max does not take credit for people already looking for you.
Agency, in-house or feed tool for Google Shopping
Most US ecommerce teams weigh three options before they hire. Here is an honest view of each, including where the other options win.
| Option | What you get | Where it wins | Where it falls short |
|---|---|---|---|
| Feed management tool only | Software that maps and transforms your feed to Merchant Center and other channels | Large catalogs with many channels, low monthly cost, full control for a skilled in-house team | No one runs the campaigns, writes the strategy or watches tracking |
| In-house PPC hire | One person who knows your products deeply | Daily attention, fast internal decisions | One person rarely covers feed work, bidding, creative for Performance Max and server-side tracking at once |
| Google Shopping agency (PaidCampaigns) | Feed work, Shopping and Performance Max, tracking, creative assets and reporting under one flat fee | Covers every piece at a known monthly cost, plus Meta, TikTok and Microsoft when you add channels | You share access and work through written notes rather than a person down the hall |
If your catalog runs to hundreds of thousands of SKUs across a dozen marketplaces, a dedicated feed tool alongside our management is often the right answer, and we work with the tool you already pay for.

Ecommerce brands selling through Google Shopping
The service suits US direct to consumer brands on Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce or a custom store, from catalogs of a few dozen products to tens of thousands. Brands that sell through Google Shopping and also run Meta or TikTok usually pick a plan that covers two or more channels, and our ecommerce ppc services page explains how we run those channels together. If your Google account also carries large Search and Demand Gen campaigns, our google ads agency page covers that side in more detail. Clean purchase data matters more on Shopping than almost anywhere else, so tracking is set up through the same process as our conversion tracking setup service.
Google Shopping management pricing
Growth costs $2,500 per month and covers up to $25,000 of monthly ad spend on two channels, for example Google Shopping and Meta, with 8 new creatives a month. Scale costs $6,000 per month for up to $100,000 of spend on up to five channels with 25 creatives and full server-side tracking. Enterprise costs $10,000 per month for up to $400,000 of spend on every channel. Paying annually takes 15 percent off. There is no setup fee, and your ad spend goes from your own card straight to Google. Shopify sellers comparing agency quotes can read our breakdown of Shopify PPC agency pricing.
How much does a Google Shopping agency cost
Most Google Shopping agencies charge either a flat monthly fee or 10 to 20 percent of monthly ad spend, usually with a minimum. Our flat plans start at $2,500 a month for up to $25,000 of managed spend, with feed work, tracking and reporting included and no setup fee.
Do I need an agency for Google Shopping
You need one when the feed, the campaigns and the tracking are more than your team can keep current. Small catalogs with stable prices can run well in-house. Once you sell hundreds of products, run sales often or add Performance Max, a specialist team usually saves more budget than it costs.
Is Performance Max better than Standard Shopping
Neither is better in every account. Performance Max reaches more inventory such as YouTube, Discover and Gmail and suits most of a catalog. Standard Shopping gives you search term control and firm targets. We usually run both with separate product sets so they do not bid against each other.
How long does it take to see results from Google Shopping
Feed fixes can lift impressions within days, because disapproved products start serving again. Smart Bidding needs enough conversion data to settle, which typically takes two to six weeks after a restructure. We tell you in the written plan which changes come first and what to watch in the meantime.
Do you manage the Merchant Center feed or only the ads
Both. The feed decides what your Shopping and Performance Max campaigns can show, so feed optimization, disapproval fixes and custom labels are part of every plan rather than an add on.
Can you work with our Shopify Google and YouTube app feed
Yes. Many Shopify stores sync products through the Google and YouTube app. We keep that sync as the primary feed and correct titles, categories and labels through a supplemental feed, so your store data stays the single source of truth.
